Everything Reporta does
Reporta writes a client report from a month's notes, tasks and metrics, only from what you give it, and nothing reaches the client until you approve it. Everything below is built today.
Inputs
- Notes and updates: paste them, upload PDF, Word, text or Markdown, or forward emails to each client's own address.
- Task lists: CSV exports from any tool, typed lists, or live from Asana, Trello or ClickUp with an API key.
- Metrics: CSV (daily, monthly or summary layouts), Google Sheets, a published sheet link, Google Analytics 4 and Search Console with read-only Google sign-in.
Writing
- Templates per service: SEO, paid ads, web development, social and general retainers, plus your own sections, order, guidance and tone.
- Source-checked prose: every sentence cites its inputs; unsupported sentences are removed and unsupported numbers flagged.
- Figures and charts from data: computed by code, with source and period, and the previous period for comparison.
- Without AI keys: a draft assembled from your inputs as written, clearly labeled, so the workflow never stops.
Editing and approval
- Report editor: edit, reorder, hide, add or remove sections; rewrite one section with AI and an instruction.
- Flags to check: approval waits until every flag is fixed or marked checked.
- Scheduled drafts (Studio): a draft of last month's report on the day you choose, emailed to your team for review.
Sharing
- Secure link: a signed, unlisted, noindex link; turning it off kills every copy. Optional client comments.
- Branded PDF: your logo and colors (or the client's), charts and figures included.
- Email after approval: to the client's contacts only, from your agency name, replies to your address, PDF attached.
- White-label (Agency and Studio): no Reporta mark on links, PDFs or emails.
- History: every report per client, with views, comments and a timeline of who did what.
Your data
- Export and deletion: download everything as JSON, delete a client or the whole workspace.
- Retention: raw inputs deleted after 1, 2 or 5 years; keys and tokens encrypted; Reporta never writes to your tools.
