Where Reporta reads your inputs from
Reporta reads notes, task lists and metrics from CSV files, email forwarding, Google Sheets, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Asana, Trello and ClickUp. It only reads: it never changes anything in these tools. Each pull is stored with the report, so every figure cites the snapshot it came from.
CSV upload (tasks and metrics)
Upload or paste; three metric layouts and exports from most task tools are recognised.
Email forwarding Early access
Each client gets an address; forwarded updates become notes for the month they arrive in.
Before launch: The receiving domain is verified with our email provider before launch.
Published Google Sheet link
Paste a sheet's 'Publish to web' CSV link; no sign-in.
Google Analytics 4 Early access
Read-only Google sign-in; daily sessions, users, new users, engagement rate and key events, optionally organic search only.
Before launch: Google's verification of the read-only Analytics scope.
Google Search Console Early access
Read-only Google sign-in; daily clicks, impressions, CTR and average position.
Before launch: Google's verification of the read-only Search Console scope.
Google Sheets Early access
Read-only Google sign-in; any range, as metrics or tasks.
Before launch: Google's verification of the read-only Sheets scope.
Asana Early access
Personal access token; a project's tasks finished in the period, open tasks and due dates.
Trello Early access
API key and token; a board's cards by list (Done lists count as finished; Trello doesn't record finish dates, so last activity is used).
ClickUp Early access
API token; a list's tasks with closed dates and statuses.
"Early access" means it's built and works, but hasn't been verified on a real customer account yet. Not listed means not built: there is no Google Ads, Meta or LinkedIn connector today; export a CSV instead.
