Client reports for agencies and consultants

Turn project updates into client-ready reports.

Add a client's notes, task list and numbers for the month. Reporta writes a branded report from them: summary, work completed, results with charts, what's next, risks and asks. You check what it flags, edit, approve, then share a link or a PDF.

No account needed for the sample. Free for one client and 2 reports a month; plans from $19.

Flagged for you, not the client: Not in the inputs: no budget information was provided for this month.

Sample data

The monthly report takes a day you don't bill for.

The work is done. The proof is scattered across stand-up notes, a task board, Analytics and a spreadsheet, and someone has to turn it into something a client will read.

  • Copying numbers between tabs and screenshots, and hoping they match.
  • Rewriting the same update in client-friendly words, every month, for every client.
  • Generic AI summaries that sound confident about things nobody said.

How it works

Inputs in, a report you approve out.

  1. Add the month's inputs

Paste notes or upload a file, forward updates to the client's own Reporta address, add a task list (CSV, Asana, Trello or ClickUp) and metrics (CSV, Google Sheets, Google Analytics 4 or Search Console).

  2. Reporta writes the draft

Prose only from those inputs, with every sentence tied to what it came from. Figures, changes and charts are computed from your data, with source and period.

  3. You check, edit and approve

Anything the inputs don't support is flagged, not invented. Reorder sections, rewrite one, hide one. Nothing reaches the client until you approve.

  4. Share it

A secure link (not indexed) with optional client comments, a branded PDF, or an email to the client's contacts, sent only when you press Send.

Who it's for

Agencies and consultants who report to clients every month

  • Marketing agencies

SEO, paid ads and social retainers: GA4 and Search Console numbers, campaign notes and a task list become one report per client, in your brand.

  • Development agencies

What shipped, what's next and what you need from the client, written for non-developers from your board and release notes.

  • Consultants and freelancers

A clear monthly update for each retainer from your own notes, without a reporting tool built for media buyers.

Accuracy

Built to be checked, not trusted blindly.

  • It only writes from your inputs. Every sentence cites the notes, tasks or metrics it came from. A sentence with no source is removed, and you're told.
  • Numbers come from the data. Totals, averages and changes are computed by code from your CSV or the connected source, and shown with their source and period. The writer copies them; it never calculates.
  • Gaps are flagged, never filled. If the template asks for risks and nobody mentioned any, you get a flag, not a made-up risk. A number Reporta can't find in the inputs is flagged too, even one you typed.
  • Nothing goes out without you. Drafts, including scheduled ones, wait for approval. Email goes only to the client's listed contacts, only when someone presses Send.

The writer can still choose emphasis you'd put differently, and it can't know what isn't in your inputs. That's why every report is a draft until a person approves it.

Before you choose a plan: 1 client and 2 reports a month, free, no card. Shared reports carry "Made with Reporta".

A report counts each time Reporta writes it (a full regenerate counts again). Editing, approving, sharing, exporting and sending don't count. At the limit Reporta stops writing new reports until the next period; you're never charged extra. Prices in US dollars; cancel any time.

Questions agencies ask

What does Reporta do?

Reporta turns a client's project notes, task list and metrics for the month into a branded client report: executive summary, work completed, results with charts, what's next, and risks and asks. The AI writes only from those inputs; figures come straight from the data; anything unsupported is flagged for you. You approve before the client sees it.

Does Reporta's AI make things up?

It is told to write only from your inputs and cite them, and Reporta checks what it wrote: sentences with no source are removed, numbers it can't find in your inputs are flagged, and gaps (a template section your inputs don't cover) become flags instead of filler. It can still phrase things differently than you would, so every report is a draft until a person approves it.

Where do the numbers and charts come from?

From your data, computed by Reporta's code: a CSV or Google Sheet you add, or Google Analytics 4 and Search Console through read-only Google sign-in. Totals, averages and changes against the previous period are calculated, then shown with their source and period. The writer copies those figures and never does arithmetic.

Can I try it without an account?

Yes. The sample page writes a report from a made-up client's month, or from notes, tasks and metrics you paste, and lets you download the PDF. Nothing is sent or published, and it is deleted after 24 hours. Saving, sharing and scheduling need an account.

Does anything get sent to my client automatically?

No. Drafts, including scheduled monthly drafts, wait for someone in your agency to approve them. A link works only after approval, and email goes only to the client's listed contacts when someone presses Send.

How much does it cost?

Starter is $19 a month for 5 clients, Agency $39 for 25 clients with white-label, and Studio $69 for 75 clients with team seats and scheduled drafts. Every plan has a 7-day free trial, and one client is free with no card.

What happens to my clients' data?

It's stored per workspace and seen only by your team, and by a client only through a report you approved and shared. To write, the period's notes, task names and computed figures go to an AI provider (Anthropic) that doesn't train on them. You can export everything or delete a client or the workspace at any time.

Who's behind Reporta?

Reporta is made by New Odyssey. Reporta is a working name. Questions: clio@new-odyssey.com.
